We specialize in using the furniture, accessories and art you already have to transform and update your home. We carefully edit and repurpose your items to highlight the best features of the property and present it to appeal to a wide array of buyers. If you are using our redesign services we also focus on using what you already have to create a new space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and lifestyle.
Consultation and Proposal- Approx 1 hour
I will meet with you to discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. I will review our 8 step home staging process while walking through your home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions. We will end with a proposal based on the amount of work needed to prepare your home for the market and to meet its maximum potential. A $50 credit will apply toward any future staging service if contracted that day.
Walk and Talk Consultation plus Detailed Staging Report for the “DIY” client -Approx 2 hours
In this intensive 2 hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to style and update your home so it will appeal to a wide variety of buyers Our goal is to prep your property so it will sell for the best price possible! We will guide you in making the most appropriate and cost effective changes to increase the value and market appeal of your home. At the end of the consult, you will be given the hard copy of the Staging Report to use as a guide to implement our reccomendations.
(Up to 2 hours in the home, each additional hour reverts to $100 hourly rate)
Power Staging and Mini-Makeover —
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own! This service is for homes that are less than 2000 sq. feet.
**Stager may bring in additional accessories for monthly rental if needed.
(Up to 4 hours in the home, each additional hour reverts to $100 hourly rate. Home must be cleaned and ready before the stager arrives.)
Ultimate Power Staging and One-Day-Home-Makeover —
Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No problem! This service is for homes between 2000-4000sq. feet. Larger homes will require a in-person estimate.
(Up to 7 hours in the home, each additional hour reverts to $100 hourly rate. Home must be cleaned and ready before the stager arrives.)
Power Shopping — $80 per hour
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.

Vacant Home Staging
Vacant homes need professional staging as well. Buyers have a difficult time visualizing what a home will look like when if it is empty. We will furnish the home to allow buyers to see what the property has to offer. We want buyers to fall in love with your property as soon as they walk through the front door. Artistic Home Staging will do an onsite visit and will prepare an estimate that gives you options and works within your budget while making your home BEAUTIFUL!

Interior Redesign Services
Our design services start with an in home consultation. We will ask you to complete our Lifestyle Questionnaire to better assist us in assessing your style, lifestyle, needs and desires for updating your home. We will connect you to a wealth of design photos for inspiration and encouragement. Following the consultation, a detailed proposal will be presented that will fit your budget, style, family and creative vision for your home.
